Sad; 9- Year- Old Beaten To Death For Allegedly Stealing A Piece Of Cake

A coroner has confirmed that  9-year-old Jack who was fatally beaten over a missing piece of birthday cake died from head injuries, a spokeswoman for the agency said on Tuesday.

Prosecutors allege that Jack was handcuffed and beaten by his mother's boyfriend, Robert Wilson, for eating a piece of birthday cake without permission on June 30 in Hagerstown, Maryland, about 50 miles (80 km) northwest of Washington.

Jack died in a Washington hospital on July 5. Wilson has been charged in Washington County, Maryland, with second-degree murder, child abuse and other counts.

Jack's mother, Oriana Garcia, and his uncle, Jacob Barajas, face similar charges.

Police say Garcia did not allow emergency responders to provide medical treatment to her son after knowing he was beaten.

Imo State Government To Upgrade It's College Of Nursing & Health Sciences Into A Polythecnic

ALL necessary arrangements have been concluded to upgrade the Imo State College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Amaigbo in Nwangele local council, to a polytechnic, Governor Rochas Okorocha has said.

The governor, who was represented by his Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties, Emma Ibediro, disclosed over the weekend during the school’s 14th matriculation ceremony that the upgrade would be done before the year ends.

To this end, he said, a team of assessors for accreditation from the board of technical education would arrive the institution soon for the accreditation exercise. According to him, all necessary equipment and facilities have been purchased, including state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, to actualise the objective, adding that the certificates received on graduation would equal that from rival institutions after the upgrade.

Okorocha urged individuals and corporate organisations to assist the state with funding to realise the objective.

Nigerian transgender, Stephanie Rose, has pushed further her hatred for God and has this time, taken to her Facebook page again to insult Him and call Him a monster.

She wrote: “I ask you, why do you feel that this “god” is deserving of worship? Even if you believe that he does exist, after all he has done and all he admits, why would you want to devote your life to him? Of all the men who have lived not one of them can come close to the evil that this god is. No one has caused as much death and destruction that this god claims to have done.”

Stephanie, who was born a man named Dapo Adaralegbe, was expelled from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, where ‘he’ (she) was studying Law due to her homosexuality. She later underwent surgery to become a woman and is currently based in Netherlands.


It will be recalled that Stephanie has before now, written all sorts of bosh to buttress her factual hatred for God, some of which she tagged:

“God is daft and Senseless. I hate God, Hell fire is a fallacy of imagination and Nobody Goes to Heaven Because Nobody Goes to Hell Fire.”

Recently, Stephanie took to her Facebook page to share a post by an avowed atheist, Amenhotep Kingsagreed, where she thinks that God is the devil himself.

According to her, evil started from the same hopeless and foolish God because such useless and senseless God is evil. They do not go to Heaven and they do not go to Hell fire, the same God is the exact devil that deceived all religions about an untrue Heaven and untrue Hell fire!


“I believe God is the devil. I will gladly burn in hell for eternity than worship this monster you call ‘god’.

“I’m amazed that people who claim to read and worship the words of the bible tend to be so ignorant about just what the bible says. I wonder how many of them know that god is quoted many times in the bible admitting that he is in fact evil. I will list those passages below.

“So as you can see, Jehovah god admits that it is he that does all evil, not some “fallen angel” who gets the blame.

“The reason Satan gets the blame is solely so that the Christians can convince themselves that it’s not god doing it. But if you claim that god is not capable of committing evil acts then you are “giving false witness” and committing “blasphemy” against god and his character.

“It’s funny, the relationship that people have with this god reminds me of battered wife syndrome. He’ll beat you into submission, threaten you with terrible punishments if you don’t comply, convince you that you deserve that horrible treatment because your bad deep inside, then tell you he only does it because he loves you. Actually it’s not funny after all. It’s pretty damn sad.

“Which other uncontrollable devil is humanity searching for when the creator and inventor of evil has declared itself?

“The position of evil cannot be checked because the same god is the creator and inventor of all evil.”

BREAKING: President Buhari Appoints New NNPC Boss

New NNPC Boss; Dr. Ibe kachikwu

President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Dr Ibe Kachikwu as Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Notice of the appointment is contained in a statement issued by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina.

The statement noted that Kachikwu, who was the Executive Vice Chairman and General Counsel of Exxon-Mobil (Africa), was to take over from Dr Joseph Dawha. Kachikwu hails from Onicha-Ugbo in Delta State. The statement also quoted the credentials of Kachikwu as being a First Class Graduate of Law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and the Nigerian Law School.

“The new NNPC Chief Executive also has Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Law from Harvard Law School.’’ It stated that the new NNPC boss started his working career with the Nigerian/American Merchant Bank before moving on to Texaco Nigeria Limited, from where he joined Exxon-Mobil.

Is it me or someone else feels this guy has no business managing our oil? I mean what's the connection between Law and Oil & gas now! Na wa o... big congratz to him tho.

Timaya Faces 8 Years Jail Term If

Nigerian singer, Timaya is the subject of a rape allegation.

The accuser, identified as Shella B, kicked off the saga on Friday, July 24 by dedicating an Instagram account to ‘exposing’ the popular Nigerian act. Tagged exposingtherealtimaya, Shella accused the Bayelsa State-born singer of sexually assaulting her during his time in Atlanta on July 18, 2015.

In no time, her accusations fuelled several reports, forcing Timaya to react a few hours after the matter became a trending topic on social media. Coming exactly 3 days after Timaya welcomed his second daughter, the ‘Bow Down’ singer admitted he had sex with Shella but vehemently disputed the rape claims through a statement.

The self-styled Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa said he noticed the first sign of trouble when he turned down Shella’s request that they tag along to his Atlanta show later that day as a couple. He added that she demanded $50k from him whenhe tried to play it cool with her days after.

 Whatever Timaya was saying at that point made no sense to Shella, an upcoming act with a number of singles to her name. Taking advantage of the spotlight her accusation had caused, she reintroduced a song she had released several months earlier.

Shella B is yet to back down over a week after she first cried out. She announced that a case is already filed against Timaya with the police in Atlanta, daring the Dem Mama Records boss to come to the United States if indeed he is innocent.

The mother of the singer’s two children, Barbara has been calm all along since the saga began, only making a veiled reference to the matter on Sunday, July 26 by sharing a photo of her first daughter, Emma with a caption: ‘Even when the devil tries to steal my happiness your smiles sunshine makes life more beautiful…Happy Sunday ya all?’

With an alleged rape case hanging over Timaya, he faces between 2 and 14 years in jail if found guilty at the end of a fair trial.

Across the United States, the average prison time for rape is between 8 and 9 years’ but it remains to be seen how the case will go in the weeks and months ahead....

What!? Empire Sued, Woman Says She's The Real Cookie

A woman is suing the creator of "Empire," for hundreds of millions of dollars, claiming Lee Daniels lifted her life story, right down to a gay family member.

Sophia Eggleston claims in her lawsuit, she embodies the "Cookie" character in almost every important respect, including a penchant for wearing mink.
She also says she did time for putting a hit on someone, and Cookie's character did the same thing.

Eggleston says she gave a copy of an autobiography to a screenwriter back in 2011, and she says months later the screenwriter called her to say she was pitching the book to Lee Daniels.

Eggleston, who is suing for $300 million, is representing herself.

You would not believe your ears on this one!

So word just got out suggesting the possible reason for Nicki Minaj's deafening silence on the Drake and Meek Mill feud.

It happens that Drake is one of Nicki's 'ghostwriters' and has ghost written some of her lyrics in a song Meek Mill was on.

The title of the song is 'Buy a Heart' and was produced by Young Berg, Kerry Brothers and Arch Da Boss with "Writers Credit" given to Drake.

Hmmm... no wonder!

Chtis Brown's Baby Mama Requests For Third Party Supervision When He is Around Their Daughter

Chris Brown's baby mama fears for the safety of their daughter when she's alone with him ... so she's asking a judge to only allow him to see 1-year-old Royalty when someone else is around.  We're told Nia Guzman just filed the legal docs for supervised visitation.

Chris has filed his own docs too, to establish paternity so he can fight for joint custody, but so far the judge has not ruled.

We're told Guzman wants full custody because she thinks Chris is simply too irresponsible to care for a kid on his own and she believes he and his friends all have substance abuse issues.

Well,he thinks it's all a ploy to get more child support.
...So much for working things out without a court order.
